Cancellation, Damage and Refund Policy
All lessons are booked with the full intention of them being delivered by your Wheels4u Driving School Instructor, however, in the unlikely event that it becomes necessary for us to cancel a lesson, we will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible and we will always seek to offer you an alternative time or date that is suitable for you. Should this not be possible, then upon your request, the lesson fee (if prepaid) will be refunded to you in full.
If you should need to cancel or change the date or time of a lesson, Wheels4u Driving School requires a minimum of 48 hours notice, so that we can re-book the Instructor's time. Should you be unable to keep to your booked appointment and give less than 48 hours notice, then your lesson fee will still be due for payment and will NOT be refunded if it has been prepaid.
If you book a Semi-Intensive Course, Wheels4u Driving School requires 10 days notice of cancellation in order for you to receive a full refund. Should you give between 10 days and 7 days notice, then 50% of the fee paid will be refunded to you. In the event that you give less than 7 days notice of cancellation, then your course fee will NOT be refunded
Your Instructor will do everything possible to prevent any accidents or damage occurring during your lessons, however damage to cars or property caused by failure to adhere to instructions given by your Wheels4u Driving Instructor, or caused by negligence by a pupil (whether during a lesson or while out on a driving test) will be charged for (up to a maximum cost of £150). Any additional costs for damage are covered by Wheels4u Driving Schools motor insurance policy..
If upon arrival for a lesson, your Wheels4u Driving Instructor deems that a pupil is unfit to undertake the lesson due, for example, to the effects of medication, drugs or alcohol, then the Instructor will NOT continue with the lesson, however the pupil will be liable for the full cost of the duration of the lesson period which they had booked.
